Secure Packaging

Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

Shipping and Labeling

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
